By downloading, installing or using the SalahNow application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
Service Description
SalahNow is a religious application that provides prayer times, qibla direction, Quran reading and related Islamic content. Prayer times are calculated using astronomical algorithms and may slightly differ from local mosque times.
User Accounts
You can use the app as a guest without creating an account. If you create an account, it is your responsibility to keep your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the settings section; this will permanently remove all your server-side data.
Content
The Quran text, hadith, dua and other Islamic content presented in the app are sourced from established scholarly references. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend consulting local scholars for religious rulings and practices.
Intellectual Property
The app design, code, icons and original content belong to SalahNow. The Quran text and hadiths are part of the shared Islamic heritage. You may not copy, modify or distribute the application or its proprietary content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application. You may not use the application for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is" without any warranty. Prayer time calculations are based on astronomical algorithms and are approximate values. We are not responsible for missed prayers due to technical issues or calculation differences.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalahNow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application in case of violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting your account.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the application after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notification.
